Carolyn Pierre Nogess, age 69, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Daughter of the late Alexander Pierre, Sr. and Georgia Randolph. 1965 graduate of Booker T. Washington Sr. High and retiree of Medical Center of LA at New Orleans (Charity Hospital). Huge fan of NFL Football and NASCAR Racing. She is survived by her daughter Neshelle S. Nogess, former husband Carl S. Nogess, nephew Donald Maker (Polly) of Las Vegas, NV, members of the Swanson family and a host of relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her companion of 30 years, Henry Robert Swanson, Jr. and brother James Maker.
