Julia Ann Carter departed this life on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the age of 61. She leaves to cherish precious memories her daughter Catina Carter-Brady; sons Melvin, Eric, and Terrelle Carter, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Ms. Carter is preceded in death by her parents Eartha Carter, siblings; Martha, Johnny Carter and Johnny Carter Sr. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life honoring Ms. Carter at Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home, 1615 St. Philip Street, New Orleans, LA 70116 on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 1 PM. Interment Private.
