Xavier "X-Man" Billy Toliver entered into eternal rest in the loving arms of his mother on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the age of nine. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his parents Javier Toliver and Jovann Carter (Lamar). Loving brother of Javier, Jaila and Skylar. He will be sadly missed by his grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
