Oswald Alloyious Chagnard, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the age of 54. He was a lifelong resident of Violet, LA. Oswald "Ozzie" is the beloved son of the late Oswald Alloyious Chagnard,Sr. and Rosemary Anges Schurr. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving children Michael, Brandon, Sr. (Brittany), Santo, Joseph and Kimberly. Ozzie was the proud grandfather of Brandon Chagnard,Jr. One sister Darline Crisp (Randall). A devoted partner of 20 years Tracy Jones and a devoted friend Donnie Lee. Three nieces and one nephew. Preceded in death by his son Dustin Chagnard and one brother Cary Chagnard. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Oswald "Ozzie" had a passion for water, he loved crabbing and oystering. 'Ozzie" will be greatly miss by family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life on Monday, May 7, 2018 at Charbonnet Labat Funeral Home 4917 Judge Perez Dr., Violet, LA. Visitation begins at 1:00PM until 3:00 PM.
