Obituary for Eugene Dalmas

Eugene  Dalmas
Eugene Joseph Dalmas was born August 22, 1927, in New Orleans, LA, to the late Louis Joseph Dalmas, Sr., and Mary Richard. Eugene graduated from high school in New Orleans and served in the United States Army. He worked in the construction industry for many years and was a master craftsman. Eugene is survived by his devoted wife, Eve, of 35 years; a sister Anna Larche; and his children, Terry Praylo (Chris, Sr.,), and Kevin Dalmas (Sistine); grandchildren, Chris, Jr., Michelle Praylo, Dominique Gibson, Eve Reeves, and Walter Reeves, III (Lori); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. His brothers Louis and George Dalmas, sisters Beulah Cousin and Janet Dalmas, and stepson Walter Reeves, Jr., all preceded him in death. Relatives, friends and parishioners of Transfiguration of the Lord Church and staff of Passages Hospice are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, August 30, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. at Transfiguration of the Lord Church, 2212 Prentiss Street., New Orleans, LA. Visitation begins at 9:00 A.M. Internment, St. Louis #3 Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
