Margie Veronica Faciane, Sunday, December 9, 2018, at age 83 entered into eternal life surrounded by her children at home. The daughter of Albertine Faciane and Barthelome Faciane, Jr. She was preceded in death by all 12 siblings, Beatrice Coste, Bertha Garnett, Jules Faciane, Sr., Lucille Garnett, Russell Faciane, Gloria Demmerelle, Hellen robin, Barthelome Faciane, III, Calvin Faciane, Lawrence Faciane. Survived by seven children, Valerie Jolly, Widner Millon, Aaron Millon, Dennis Millon, Todd Millon, Kip Millon, Troy Millon, Albert Faciane, Sr. and Anna Mae Faciane. Margie was a devout Catholic and attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, on N. Rampart St. Margie loved making the Novena to the Shrine of St. Jude and enjoyed saying her rosaries every evening. As the last matriarch of a large family, Margie will be greatly missed by her seven children, 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews who viewed her as their second mother. Margie was revered throughout her entire family as the matriarch and was greatly loved and respected by them all. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at 12:00 PM at Our Lady of the Sea Catholic Church 1825 St. Roch Ave. New Orleans, LA 70117.
