Obituary for Nickolas Joseph Bates III

Nickolas Joseph Bates,III entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 5, 2018 at the age of 64. He was born to to the late Nicholas J.Bates, Jr. and Velma Gray Bates. Nick is survived by his daughter Monique Bates Pohlmann (James), his sister Sheryl Bates Baudier (Robert), his grandchildren Victoria and Olivia, his nephew Jeffery Sires, niece Shelly Sires Landry (Keith) and his former wife and long time friend Catherine Gros. He will be forever remember and deeply missed by all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at Charbonnet Funeral Home, 4917 E. Judge Perez Dr, Violet, LA on Thursday, February 8, 2018 from 9:00-11:00 AM with services immediately following visitation.
