Thaddeus Jermonge ""Hammie""  Jackson
Thaddeus Jermonge Jackson also known as "Hammie" was born to the loving parents Nicole Jackson and Thaddeus Carter in New Orleans, LA. Hammie received his formal education at L. E. Rabouin Career Magnet School. Hammie worked at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. He was a self -motivated young man with an independence beyond recognition. He was very popular and well like by all his social circles. Hammie spent his spare time at the casino and the mall. He loved to dress and called it "balling" not fashion. He also loved to spend time with his family on Josephine and Clara. Early in his adult life, he met Rayshawn Brown and they had two beautiful daughters. Hammie leaves to cherish his memories his loving mother, Nicole Jackson, father Thaddeus Carter, two grandmothers, Helen Jackson and Pauline Carter, grandfather James Clanton. Two daughters, Haley and Harley Jackson. His girlfriend, Teionnica Teedy Jackson. Sister and brother Thadshai and Thadsean Jackson. Three sisters Thadnisha McCann, Tasia and Taylen Carter, one brothers Taj Carter, two nieces Theori and Ty'Hari Jackson and three nephews Thadsean Jackson, Jr., Tyler and Tevin Duhon, Jr. He also leaves his two best friends, Daraneike Williams and Jeremy Gordon, whom he looked to as brothers. Preceeded in death by his aunt Marie Johnson and grandfather Joseph Banks. Also a host of aunts, cousins, friends and family. Thaddeus Jackson departed this earth with his companion Jacquelyn Williams. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life on Saturday, February 10, 2018, Union Bethel AME, 2321 Thalia St at 10:00 AM. Visitation begins at 9:00 AM. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery
