Julida Diaz Barard entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 2, 2018, at the age of 81. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children: Roland Pierre (Linda), Kim Barard Peters (Cornel) and Percy J. Barard, Jr.; grandchildren Keisha Cornin (Michael), Corey J. Peters, Kimberly J. Peters (Gregory Arnolie) and Percy J. Barard, III; great grandchildren Lionel and Khali Burton, Miles Cornin and Wynter Arnolie, brothers Gordon Diaz (Elaine) and Eduardo Diaz, Jr. (Elaine); as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Julida is preceded in death by her beloved husband Percy Joseph Barard, Sr., parents Eduardo Diaz and Mary Taylor Diaz, and sister Grace Clark Rodrigues. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial honoring Mrs. Julida Diaz Barard, at Corpus Christi Epiphany Catholic Church, 2022 St Bernard Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70116, on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. Visitation will begin at 8:00 A.M. Interment, Mount Olivet Cemetery, New Orleans, Louisiana.
